18 holes are great for everyone. Disc golf is a great way to enjoy your day on the mountain while getting some exercise. Experienced disc golfers will, of course, want to bring their own “bag” of discs—otherwise, discs are available for sale and rent at the Snorting Elk Cellar and Village Inn Hotel Registration office.
There are 2 disc golf courses at Crystal. The Traditional Lower Course starts at the base area next to Discovery Chairlift. The Legendary Summit Course starts at the summit of Crystal Mountain, accessed via the Mt. Rainier Gondola. It plays down the awesome ski slopes and merges with the finish of the Lower Course. Disc Golf season at Crystal starts June 15th (snowmelt permitting) and is over in Mid October (snowfall dependant).
The Summit Course opens July 4th at the earliest. Questions about the course should be made to the Crystal Mountain Hotel’s Office 360-663-2262. The Mountain High Disc Golf Tournament is in September and is one of the most fun disc golf events in the Northwest. Come up and play the awesome course and test your skills against the Northwest’s best disc golfers.

First Choice for Winter Getaway
"The Alpine Inn is, hands down, my first choice for a wintertime getaway. From the warm greeting at check-in to the comfort of my cozy room, I feel happily snug whenever I stay at the Alpine Inn."~Alicia Haaus
"our trip was so much better because we could bring our dog"~Carrie Walsh
Best place to stay
"We've come to stay at the Alpine Inn for spring break a few times and love it! The hotel is comfortable, the atmosphere warm and inviting and both the restaurant and bar offer good food and fun. Hard to beat the convenience of the ski in/out location, too.
See you again"~Sheila Mackell
