Two Way Commitment to Covid Safety

We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests and expect our guests to also contribute to slowing down the spread of Coronavirus. When in a public place, be it in the lobby, waiting for your food at the Restaurants, or walking down the hallway in the hotels, please wear a mask for yourself and others. Wash your hands frequently, there are also various station located around the Hotels and Restaurant that have hand sanitizer and masks if you have forgotten yours.

HEALTH AND SAFETY AT CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN

Here are some of the measures that we are taking to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus:

  • Practice advanced hygiene, wash hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer, do not touch your mouth/face.
  • Face coverings must be worn while in the workplace.
  • Daily health screening/attestation must be taken prior to shift.
  • Maintain 6 ft. social distance as much as possible.
  • Disinfect high traffic areas and touch points frequently.
  • Follow guidelines as mandated.

What we are doing to keep you safe

During this season we highly encourage our guests and staff to keep social distancing to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

◊ Tables in the Alpine Inn have been moved further apart so you can social distance while you eat

◊ We currently do not allow larger parties of 6 or more in the Restaurant per Washington States Corona virus guidelines.

◊ Hotel rooms are cleaned thoroughly by our experienced housekeeping staff, and they have a germicide lamp placed in them before you arrive to kill any potential germs.

GUEST COMMITMENT TO COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY

As a valued guest, we ask that each of you help with the mission of reducing the spread of Coronavirus. We ask of you:

  • Postpone/reschedule your visit if you are feeling feverish, are experiencing respiratory illness symptoms or other sickness related to COVID-19.
  • Do not visit if you have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or related symptoms.
  • Practice advanced hygiene, wash hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer, do not touch your mouth/face.
  • Maintain 6 ft. distance from those not in your party.
  • 1 guest at a time in the hotel office for checkin/out.
  • Wear facial covering:
    • In and around the public spaces of the hotels.
    • All indoor spaces, restaurant/bar while not seated at your table.
    • Standing in lines, in and around the base area and gondola.
    • Any outdoor space where you cannot keep 6 ft. away from those not in your party.
