These are our policies regarding reservations and bookings created to ensure a clear understanding of the booking process.
- Reservations made over the phone require advance deposit of at least the first night stay and some holiday reservations require full payment at time of booking.
- All internet reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
- Most reservations are held with a 7 day cancellation policy in which you must cancel 7 days prior to arrival to receive refund minus 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days are non refundable and last-minute changes are not allowed.
- Holiday cancellation policies require full payment upon booking and no changes, cancellations, or refunds after the time of booking.
- No cooking or smoking in hotel rooms.
- Maximum 3 adults per room.
- All guests must be 21 or accompanied by legal guardian.
- Please register your pet ahead of time with our pet-friendly rooms and abide by all pet policies.
